Born in Buffalo, Orchid sought to turn the cleaning industry upside down. Founder and CEO Ali Khalil had dealt with several cleaning companies in the past and none were capable of providing the attention to detail he demanded, nor the customer service he expected. In noticing this issue, he thought of a solution and like magic, Orchid was born.
